The Smoke Dawgs was informally founded many years ago as a social organization that shared a interest in fellowship and cigars. It then evolved into the current social organization that you see today. We meet weekly at different lounges or venues to get together for a cigar. We also find any local cigar events in New York area and put it out to our membership. Our goal is to grow our organization and see where that takes us.
Our organization is not solely focused on social events. We started a non-profit organization called Guiding Light where we use our cigar events to raise money for local charities that could use our help. We feel that these acts of kindness are part of what we look for in the personality traits of a prospective Smoke Dawg. To see more about Guiding Light, click the link below.
We are current looking to expand our membership to any and all that feel that they think they would be a good fit. If that sounds like something you would be interested in, let us know below and someone will reach out to you. Be sure to give a brief description of who you are, which part of the organization interests you, and availability to set up a time to meet up. If you are not in the New York area, but wish to start a Chapter, please let us know.
